THE MoTIS TBB LIMITED FREEWARE RELEASE POLICY

TBB RELEASE POLICY RULES AND PRODUCT EXPLORATION

Q: SO JUST WHAT IS A MoTIS TBB RELEASE?

A: A (TBB) try before you buy aircraft release is a very practical way in which future MoTIS neo concept owners can get a functional, but limited taste of a MoTIS developing neo concept aircraft!

Q: SO JUST WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A TBB RELEASE?

A1: A TBB aircraft release is really just a BETA tester model of the partially completed product that will have numerous limitations (Limited Animations, Limited super textures, etc..) to the product, that the full release in fact will update. ( All limits will be corrected in the final product release!!!)

A2: All TBB aircraft will in fact lack a 2D panel and instead give a basic gauge read out strip, as this is how our bets testers test this developing product, so it is feasible to have all first time flyers be extended beta testers in a sense by giving them the same panel release.

A3: All TBB releases as of May 2004 will expect the Virtual Pilot to fly the aircraft from the standard 3D VC (Virtual Cockpit) panel as to get a feel for the quality of product releases that team MoTIS is striving for. (As most developers have tended to release 2D panels with no VC for a first product test for the flying public, we at MoTIS have taken a different approach to where you will fly our aircraft from- The 3D VC ALL THE WAY!

Q: CAN I REPAINT, ALTER OR CHANGE THE TBB RELEASE AIRCRAFT IN ANY WAY?

A: Unfortunately, this type of release is only to give the virtual pilot a chance to test fly a limited future release of the product.  MoTIS has gone the way of high quality releases over quick fix low quality releases. As standard final product turnover takes more time in the MoTIS production factory, for the high quality agenda that we are striving for and we want our pilots to be able to get a great experience while they wait for an even great experience in the full release! Therefore no changes are allowed in the limited freeware releases...

Q: CAN I EXPECT A PRODUCT UPDATE ON THE LIMITED FREEWARE RELEASES?

A: Unless per chance there is a defective upload or missing files to the limited freeware TBB model then unfortunately no. If one is thinking that this is in fact a good product then the full release will answer all these limitation issues with full amenities!

ALL IN ALL MoTIS IS STRIVING TO BRING, QUALITY, STYLE, INNOVATION, AND CREATIVITY TO NEO CONCEPT AVIATION AS WE GIVE YOU THE BEST OF" OUR OWN DESIGNS"!

let us also explain that we are a total concept design group who designs every aircraft that we make from the bottom up. What this means is that we are in the business of flight simulation as real world designers using this fantastic simulator to create and test and fly aircraft that can be built in the real world.. We are only focusing on designing never before seen concepts and have had great interest developed in the MoTIS mission and our ideas and designs by real world sport pilots and aircraft builders. MoTIS to our current knowledge is the first Commercial Freeware/Payware total concept design group on the net! We see our selves as following in the path of a Boeing aircraft company in the fact that we're producing never before seen designs from our design staff. What this means is that every single aircraft on our site was designed and developed by our staff. i.e.. they don't exist in the real world as of yet. This to our knowledge has never been done on a consistent bases by one developing group so we have been very careful  as to how ,when , and what we developed so that we may have long life and not be just some fly by night group that surfaces and in a few months is gone with the wind, so to speak. This area of design has been very challenging in that there is no real rule book as to how to developed, process, and gauge what will be a good or great FS design. So we have had to developed our own rulebook and this brings us to the goal of this explanation page.

That's about it we hope you understand our reasoning and have fun flying MoTIS designs...
