INTERNAL WING FABRICATION PART 1
The neo concept flight line is the about to bring you great aircraft assembly stories and exciting and new ways of developing virtual aviation manufacturing technology! Our goal and mission objectives in the CONCEPT FLIGHT LINE is to bring you the very best of virtual aviation technology from a ground floor build up perspective! All of our concept flight line article will be previews of sectional builds of aircraft in development! we will be sharing with you processes from virtual casting technology to joining technologies all the way to component finalization.
Let us start with our basic internal wing constitution. The internal structure of our virtual wing must be strong and light weight. With all the new chemical advancements this should prove easy. We can assume that if you are building neo concept aircraft that you are already aware that the proper air foil design and test parameters should be meet in order to get the proper life characteristics!
FIG. 1
As over all wing layout and development are a matter of proper aerodynamic planning, one of the most factors in successful wing design is the proper wing loading capacity and stress analysis, as the entire weight of the aircraft will be supported by a dependable wing design.
FIG. 2
We will develop our wing section using individual air foils placed in a lateral arrangement along with horizontal rib braces.

business and not a VA in structure or function. While we use
simulations to test and prove certain neo concept ideas we in no way are
just a MSFS/ XPLANE flight simulations function but exist beyond the
world of simulations as an applications division using simulations to
test theoretical or concept ideas for MoTIS copyright and patent uses.
